Established in 1917, Royal Nepal Golf Club is the oldest course in Nepal. The club was given royal patronage by His late Majesty Mahendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev. During its long history, many members of the Royal family have graced the club. It is definitely the center of all golf in Nepal for both professionals and amateurs alike. This 9 hole course situated close to the International airport is
only minutes from most hotels in Kathmandu. The challenging course makes for an awesome round. The course has played host to a number of international and national tournaments. The club house had a restaurant offering good food and cold drinks with a beautiful garden outback to finish off the 19th hole.

Description:
One of the best golf courses in Nepal. It is located within a former hunting reserve of the royal family of Nepal. The spectacular golf course with beautiful Bermuda fairways and bent grass greens with trees that are a few hundred year old surround the course. As you go about your round, you’ll be visited by spotted deers, monkeys and a wide variety of birds. The course measured 6,715 yards and was designed by David Kidd of Gleneagles.

HIMALAYAN GOLF COURSE
Location: Pokhara, Nepal
Description:
Located in Pokhara, the adventure capital of Nepal, lies a golf course like no other on the planet. The club house is perched on the edge of a balcony 250 feet above the river canyon from where you have a bird’s eye view of the course below. In between shots,you’ll be able to enjoy the scenes of stunning canyon walls dotted with eagle nests, waterfalls, and the soothing sights and sounds of glacier fed river winding along the golf course.
The course was designed and constructed by an Ex British Army Sandhrust commissioned officer Major RB Gurung.
